Lumbar and CTL spine MRI:Probably vertebroplasty at L1 due to compression fracture.
Compression fracture of L1 and L2 vertebral bodies without remarkable posterior canal encroachment or associated paraspinal mass.
At L1-2, diffuse herniated disc causing thecal sac compression and central canal stenosis.
At L2-3 and L3-4, disc degeneration and diffuse bulging causing thecal sac indentation.
At L4-5, degeneration and diffuse herniated disc causing thecal sac compression and central canal stenosis.
At L5-S1, right paracentral disc extrusion causing thecal sac compression and right neural foraminal encroachment.On CTL spine, disc space narrowing, disc degeneration and posterior disc herniation causing thecal sac indentation at C3-4 and C6-7.

현재 영상만 갖고는 수술이 필요한 상태긴 합니다.
하지만 수술이라는 건 영상보다는 증상을 같이 고려해서 판단해야 하기 때문에 증상을 모르는 상태에서 말씀드리기 어려운 부분이 있습니다.
현재 디스크뿐만 아니라 두 마디의 압박골절 부분이 있기 때문에 보존적 치료로도 쉬운 치료는 아닐 것으로 판단됩니다.
